Our training is based on four steps: thematic workshop, tool selection, practical training, and sparring sessions.
1 Thematic workshop
During a workshop, we cooperate with the management to develop a specific training or project topic. We define what is relevant for the company and what the desired output is.
2 Tool selection
Once the topic has been established, we propose a selection of methods and tools.
We discuss with company stakeholders how these tools are to be used on the specific project and how they should be integrated into development processes.
3 Practical training
We give employees a brief theoretical introduction on how to use the new tools in their specific tasks. We help them to understand the methods and correctly interpret the findings, and support the team as they use what they have learned to independently complete a specific task.
4 Sparring sessions
If desired, we also support our clients as an objective sparring partner after training is completed. The TOI trainer offers help with any questions and analyzes the results presented. This allows us to ensure the quality of innovation at defined milestones via constructive, multidisciplinary business meetings.
